閉式葉輪-用于泵送清潔液體，或含少量雜質(zhì)液體。

Closed impeller  is used for pumping clean liquids or liquids containing some impurities.

開(kāi)式葉輪-用于泵送含固體顆粒，磨蝕性液體或濃度高達(dá)8%的紙漿

Oper impeller  is designed for liquids containing solid particles. Abrasive liquids or paper stock up to 8% consistency.

特殊開(kāi)式葉輪- 用于泵送含大顆粒、長(zhǎng)纖維、磨蝕性夜里或是濃度高達(dá)8%的紙漿

Special open impeller  is suitable for liquids containing bigger solid particles and long fibers, abra-sie liquids or paper stock up to 8% consistency.

重型軸，在密封腔的擾度偏差小于0.05mm，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)材料為高強(qiáng)度的雙相不銹鋼

Heavy-duty shaft.Deflection at stuffing box less than o.05mm.High strength duplex stainless steel steel shaft material sa standard.

機(jī)械密封-有多種不同結(jié)構(gòu)的機(jī)械密封可供選擇。單端機(jī)械密封用于不帶循環(huán)液的泵送場(chǎng)合，密封面可用泵送介質(zhì)潤(rùn)滑，外界沖洗液或用油脂潤(rùn)滑。針對(duì)一些特別苛刻的工況，還可選用雙端面機(jī)械密封，這時(shí)需外接密封水。

Mechanical seals

Various mechanical seal configurations are available. A single mechanical seal is used for many applications with no circulation liquid. Flushing with internal/external circulation liquid or with grease is available. For extremely demanding liquids and application, double mechanical seals can be selected. Sealing liquid from an external source is required.

填料密封-帶外沖洗的填料密封可防止輸送液體流入密封腔，帶壓沖洗液可混入輸送液體，也可通過(guò)外接排水管排出。

Glａnd packing

Glａnd packing with external flushing prevents the pumped liquid from penetrating into the seal housing.The pressurised flushing liquid causes it to flow into the pumped liquid. Alternatively the external flushing liquid can have a seperater outlet connection.
