    CLEAN tent (also called mobile cleanrooms) (CLEAN BOOTH) is established for the most convenient and fast a simple CLEAN room, CLEAN tents with multiple CLEAN level and dimensional collocation can according to use demand, so its simple design using elastic big easy to install and remove sex and construction short for its main characteristics, CLEAN tent while aiming at the general level of local area of CLEAN room where need high cleanliness do local add to reduce costs. Clean tent is a kind of can offer local high clean environment of air purification equipment.

The characteristics: clean tent

1、Used alone, also can combination to use

2、And fabricated 100 level compared to the cleanroom, less investment, quick effect, easy installation, low operating cost.

3、Modular structure and improving cleanliness rating easy, extensible, and repeated use high value.

4、Assembly type structure design, easy installation, shorten delivery cycle.

5、Convenient movement (can pack wanxianglun); Applicable to build a small area of the clean zone.

6、Relative ultra clean bench, internal available and effective space is big; Relative to traditional cleanrooms, low cost, construction of the fast and floor height low is limitless.

Clean tent structure:

1、Frame: industrial aluminum (stainless steel and aluminum alloy) as FangTong framework, beautiful and not rust firm, not producing dust;

2、Antistatic produces: with antistatic householder administered (or toughened glass), anti-static effect is good, transparency, grid clear, flexibility is good, not deformation, not easy aging;

3、Fan filter unit by centrifugal fan, fan, have long life, low noise, small vibration, maintenance free, but CVT features, fan reliable quality, long working life, coupled with the unique duct design, greatly improve the efficiency of the fan, reducing the noise! Internal purification level of up to 100-100K level; Especially suitable for local purification workshop areas of high level requirements, such as line operation area.

4、Clean of cedar-wood boards can use 0.5 mm anti-static curtain, 1.0 mm aluminum plate, organic glass, etc, internal adopt clean room dedicated purification lamp, not producing dust.
