用途/特點

本機(jī)主要用于造紙行業(yè)（漂白）凈化后漿料的連續(xù)磨漿或廢紙再生漿料疏解后均整磨漿。經(jīng)過磨漿處理，可使纖維的抗拉強度，破裂強度，纖維內(nèi)部的結(jié)合強度和打漿度均有提高。經(jīng)本機(jī)處理過的紙漿可得到較好的抗張力，耐折力，以及較好的抗硬度與透氣度的組合性。

本機(jī)具有設(shè)計新穎，生產(chǎn)效率高，磨漿區(qū)域長，漿料滯留時間長，磨漿質(zhì)量好，進(jìn)退刀間隙控制準(zhǔn)確，電耗低，噪音小，操作方便，維修容易等特點。

Application/ Features

This machine use series after purifying expansion of wasted paper recycled thick liquid material after discongesting in papermaking trade (bleach) mainly. Through defibrination disposal, it can improve tensile strength or fiber, break intensity, binding strength and freeness within the inner fiber. After dealt with by the machine, it can receive better tension of resisting and anti-breaking intensity. It is the combination of rigidity and ventilates degree very much.

This machine is novel in design; production efficiency is high, long rubbing the thick liquid area. The material detention time of thick liquid is high quality to rub the thick liquid, interval and control of advantage and retreat accurately; the electricity dawdles is low. With low noises easy，to operate and maintain.
