使用范圍：

    適用于對(duì)各種休閑食品、肉制品、海產(chǎn)品、果蔬、醬菜、冷鮮肉等進(jìn)行真空、充氣、貼體包裝。

控制系統(tǒng)：

采用日本三菱可編程序控制器控制，彩色觸摸屏，選用三菱變頻變速，全部采用日本，歐洲，中國(guó)臺(tái)灣等電器。設(shè)有*的安全保護(hù)措施。

• 根據(jù)用戶產(chǎn)品包裝要求在抽真空的基礎(chǔ)上，可以充N2、O2、CO2混合氣體或單一氣體，氣體混合比例可以通過氣調(diào)控制器方便調(diào)節(jié)；
• 整機(jī)采用硬質(zhì)鋁合金及不銹鋼材料，提高了設(shè)備的抗腐蝕性；
• 采用組合模具，更換方便，一機(jī)多用，模具具有水冷卻功能；
• 采用性能穩(wěn)定，使用壽命長(zhǎng)的進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)元件；
• 真空泵選用原裝德國(guó)進(jìn)口，真空度高，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定；
• 可根據(jù)需要，選用自動(dòng)打碼噴碼系統(tǒng)；
• 采用進(jìn)口特殊不銹鋼夾持鏈條，使用于各種厚度的軟膜、硬膜拉伸成型，進(jìn)行特殊包裝；
• 采用的沖裁系統(tǒng)可裁出不同形狀盒子。無刺邊，邊角弧度圓潤(rùn)，更換操作方便，備有邊角廢料回收系統(tǒng)，保持環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。
• 可以選擇方盒、圓盒或其它異形盒。盒子的尺寸可根據(jù)客戶產(chǎn)品定做模具。
