應(yīng)用范圍：
?硬壁光滑軟管，廣泛用于吸排多種化學(xué)品、藥品及食品。通過INERIS測試和批準(zhǔn)，可適用于ATEX防爆場合。
軟管結(jié)構(gòu)：
內(nèi)管：食品級UPE(超高分子多聚乙烯),白色，平滑，黑色導(dǎo)電斑點(diǎn)貫穿內(nèi)壁
增強(qiáng)層：高強(qiáng)度多層合成纖維，內(nèi)置螺旋鋼絲增強(qiáng)。
外管：EPDM橡膠（三元乙丙），黑色，抗磨損，耐臭氧，耐大氣侵蝕，平滑，布狀表面。
溫度范圍：-30°C 至 100°C
導(dǎo)電性能：10³Ω≤R≤10⁶Ω
適用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及認(rèn)證：符合EN 12115, FDA, USDA, BfR, EN13463-1/EN 60079
Applications
hardwall smooth hose to convey a wide range of chemicals, food, petroleum products and oils. Tested and approved by INERIS for use in ATEX areas.
Construction
Inner tube: black and white speckled, smooth, food quality UPE.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), EPDM rubber, resistant to chemicals, abrasion, weathering and ozone.
Electrical Resistance: Ω/T, electrically conductive hose, 1x10³Ω≤R≤1x10⁶Ω/lgth.
Temperature range: -30°C(-22°F) +100°C(212°F) depending on medium.
Standard/Approval: EN 12115:11. Tube FDA tit.21 item 177.1520, USDA, BfR cat. III. Tested acc. to EN 13463-1/EN 60079. Phthalates free.
