特氟龍橡膠管 TPSD
使用范圍：
TPSD系列特氟龍橡膠軟管，具有優(yōu)異的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性、耐溫性以及潔凈性，使其廣泛應(yīng)用于有耐腐蝕需求的醫(yī)藥、化妝品、食品及精細(xì)化工等行業(yè)，可排吸高溶度的腐蝕性化學(xué)品。
軟管結(jié)構(gòu)：
內(nèi)壁：潔凈PTFE內(nèi)層，光滑、防滲透、耐高溫
增強(qiáng)層：雙層高強(qiáng)力纖維編織及內(nèi)置螺旋鋼絲
外管：藍(lán)色EPDM三元乙丙橡膠，抗氧化，耐磨
溫度范圍： -40℃ to +170℃ （取決于輸送的物料）
適用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及認(rèn)證：符合FDA21 CFR 177.1550 、USP Class VI、GB4806.7、GB31604.30等認(rèn)證
Applications:
Widely used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, and fine chemicals industries with corrosion resistance requirements. It has excellent chemical stability, temperature resistance and cleanliness, making it particularly suitable for suction and delivery of highly soluble corrosive chemicals.
Construction:
Inner tube: Pure PTFE inner layer, smooth, impermeable, and heat-resistant.
Reinforcement: Double layer high-strength fiber weaving and spiral steel wire.
Cover: Blue EPDM, antioxidant, wear-resistant.
Temperature range: -40℃ to +170℃ (Depending on the medium).
Standard/Approval: FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, USP Class VI, GB4806.7, GB31604.30
