本生產(chǎn)線由程序控制完成自動生產(chǎn)，從原材料3~5層，自動化完成作業(yè)，其中包含制作工序可有自動上鼻梁條、自動呼吸閥沖孔、折疊成型和耳帶焊接；設備通過伺服送料，定位系統(tǒng)與每個制作工位配合，生產(chǎn)出折疊口罩；為了應付市場需求，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品可以對模具進行調(diào)整，生產(chǎn)出各式各樣的折疊口罩。
