用途Purpose

本設(shè)備適用于中藥、口服液、食品、保健品、化工等的酒精沉淀，酒精沉淀罐系醇沉(亦稱換溶或醇桿)舊工藝開發(fā)的專用設(shè)備，主要用于中藥水煎液濃縮后進(jìn)行冷凍酒精沉淀的操作，也可用于中藥濃縮液進(jìn)行水沉淀的操作。

This equipment is suitable for alcohol precipitation of traditional Chinese medicine, oral liquid, food, health products, chemical industry, etc. the alcohol precipitation tank is a special equipment developed by the old process of alcohol precipitation (also known as solution exchange or alcohol rod). It is mainly used for freezing alcohol precipitation after the concentration of Chinese medicine decoction, and can also be used for water precipitation of Chinese medicine concentrate.

本設(shè)備是由內(nèi)罐體、夾套、橢圓封頭、錐形底封頭、攪拌系統(tǒng)以及特殊的微調(diào)旋轉(zhuǎn)出液管等組裝而成。

中藥水煎濃縮液酒精配成一定醇度的液體，然后常溫或低溫冷凍沉降進(jìn)行液固分離，以提高中藥提取液的純度及澄明度。

本設(shè)備全部選用不銹鋼SUS304制造，配有高壓水自動(dòng)噴淋清洗系統(tǒng)，夾套中可通低溫冷卻水，傳動(dòng)部位采用機(jī)械密封、防爆電機(jī)確保生產(chǎn)安全，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)備表面鏡面或亞光處理。

The equipment is composed of inner tank, jacket, elliptical head, conical bottom head, mixing system and special fine-tuning rotating liquid outlet pipe.

The concentrated decoction of traditional Chinese medicine is made into a liquid with a certain alcohol degree, and then frozen and settled at room temperature or low temperature for liquid-solid separation, so as to improve the purity and clarity of the extract of traditional Chinese medicine.

The equipment is made of stainless steel SUS304 and equipped with high-pressure water automatic spray cleaning system. The jacket can be filled with low-temperature cooling water. The transmission part adopts mechanical seal and explosion-proof motor to ensure production safety and meet GMP medical standards. The surface of the equipment is treated with mirror or matte.
