電動(dòng)隔膜泵是一種新型的泵類，近年來，由于在隔膜材質(zhì)上取得了突破性的進(jìn)展，國際上越來越多的工業(yè)化國家采用此種型式的泵，取代部份離心泵、螺桿泵，來應(yīng)用于石化、陶瓷、冶金等行業(yè)，產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)均參考美國ABEL公司樣機(jī)，該泵適用于低壓，即出口壓力≤3kgf/cm2的場(chǎng)合。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)(Features)
1、不需灌引水，自吸能力達(dá)3米以上。
2、通過性能好，直徑在10毫米以下的顆粒、泥漿等均可以毫不費(fèi)力地通過。
3、由于隔膜將被輸送介質(zhì)和傳動(dòng)機(jī)械件分開，所以介質(zhì)不會(huì)向外泄漏；且泵本身無軸封，使用壽命大大延長；根據(jù)不同介質(zhì)，隔膜可分為氯丁橡膠、氟橡膠、丁晴橡膠、聚四氟乙烯、特氟龍（F46）等，可以滿足不同客戶的要求。
4、泵體介質(zhì)過流部分，可根據(jù)用戶要求不同，分為鑄鐵、不銹鋼、襯膠、鋁合金，電機(jī)可分普通電機(jī)、防爆電機(jī)、減速電機(jī)和電磁調(diào)速電機(jī)。

11、用泵為油輪駁船清倉吸取倉內(nèi)污水及剩油。
12、啤酒花及發(fā)酵粉稀漿、糖漿、糖蜜。
