| 刮板式薄膜蒸發(fā)器是利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)將液體分布成均勻薄膜而進行蒸發(fā)或蒸餾的一種蒸發(fā)、蒸餾設(shè)備，也可進行脫臭、脫泡反應(yīng)及加熱、冷卻等單元操作，可廣泛適用于中、西制藥、食品、輕工、石油、化工、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。 離心式刮板薄膜蒸發(fā)器采用國外科學(xué)技術(shù)，在國內(nèi)刮板式薄膜蒸發(fā)器領(lǐng)域內(nèi)具有國際水平的地位。本設(shè)備曾作為“刮板式真空煉密機組”的主機，并榮獲醫(yī)藥管理局科技進步三等獎。 Scraper film evaporator is an evaporation and distillation equipment of high efficiency which is used to distribute liquid and form uniform thin film for evaporation or distillation by high-speed rotation. It also has functions as deodorization, defoaming, heating and cooling unit operations, etc. It can be widely applicable to Chinese and Eastern pharmaceutical, food, light industry, petroleum, chemical industry, environment protection, etc. Centrifugal scraper membrane evaporator using advanced foreign technology is of leading position and international level in domestic area of scraper film evaporator. | 產(chǎn)品性能與特點/Product performance and features 本設(shè)備采用離心式滑動溝槽轉(zhuǎn)子，是目前國外新結(jié)構(gòu)蒸發(fā)器，在流量小的情況下也能形成薄膜，在筒體蒸發(fā)段內(nèi)壁表面附著處理液中的淤積物可被活動刮板迅速移去，和固定間隙的刮板蒸發(fā)器相比，蒸發(fā)量可提高40-69%. This equipment adopts centrifugal sliding groove rotor which has newest structure in foreign countries. Membrane can be formed under very low flow. The sediment contained in treatment liquid attached on inner wall surface in evaporation section of the cylinder can be quickly removed by movable scraper. Compared with scraper evaporator of fixed clearance, the evaporation amount can be increased by 40-69%. |
