　　YZY420型螺旋預(yù)榨機(jī)是一種連續(xù)性螺旋榨油機(jī)，適用于植物油廠預(yù)榨--浸出或兩次壓榨工藝、用于處理油菜籽、花生仁、向日葵籽、棉籽仁等含油較多的油料。

　　YZYX420適用于榨取植物性油脂。如菜籽、花生仁、芝麻、棉籽仁、葵花籽、大豆、椰子干、桐籽、茶籽等植物油料均可壓榨。

　　OUTLINE：

　　YZY420 Pre-press expeller is a continuity oil expeller which is suitable for pre-pressing leach or pressing twice in the vegetable oil plant, and used to handle with oily seeds such as rapeseed, peanut, sunflower seed and persimmon seed.

　　YZYX420 Oil expeller is suitable for extraction of vegetable oils from oil bearing seeds and nuts,such as rape seed, peanut,sesame seed ,cottonseed,sunfower seed,soybean,copra,tung seed,tea seed,etc.

　　特點(diǎn)：

　　(1)榨籠殼采用鉸鏈殼支承，裝拆維修很方便;

　　(2)校餅采用機(jī)械自動(dòng)校餅和手動(dòng)校餅相結(jié)合(根據(jù)用戶自選)，并有餅厚指示;

　　(3)全套榨螺為密宮式封閉裝配結(jié)構(gòu)，有效的防止了油渣滲入主軸，拆卸更換榨螺十分方便;

　　(4)底盤配有油渣分離結(jié)構(gòu)，可將榨出的油渣混合物進(jìn)行初步分離，減輕油廠過濾設(shè)備的負(fù)擔(dān);

　　(5)根據(jù)預(yù)榨車間工藝及廠房情況，可以配或不配輔助蒸炒鍋;

　　(6)處理量大，占地面積小、自動(dòng)化程度較高，動(dòng)力消耗低，操作管理較為方便。

　　FEATURE：

　　Adopted the hinger bearing; the squeeze is convenient for installing, disassembling and repairing.

　　The collating pancake is combined of mechanical automatic one with the hand-made one (according to the user's own choices and also has an instruction on the pan thickness.

　　The complete oil expeller is in a sealed all to keep from the residue permeating into main axle and convenient in dissembling and replacing

　　The under pan of this expeller is equipped with oil residue mechanism which can tough deseparate the mixture of pressed oil residue and release the over burden of the filter plant.

　　An anxiliary cooker can be equipped or not according to the technology and plant conditions of the pre-press workshop.

　　With a large handling capacity, but small area it is highly automatic, lowly power consumpted and convenient for operational administration
