　　YZY40型螺旋預(yù)榨機是一種連續(xù)性螺旋榨油機，適用于植物油廠預(yù)榨--浸出或兩次壓榨工藝、用于處理油菜籽、花生仁、向日葵籽、棉籽仁等含油較多的油料。

　　OUTLINE：

　　YZY40 Pre-press expeller is a continuity oil expeller which is suitable for pre-pressing leach or pressing twice in the vegetable oil plant, and used to handle with oily seeds such as rapeseed, peanut, sunflower seed and persimmon seed.

　　特點：

　　(1)設(shè)有自動扒渣機構(gòu)，減輕操作工人勞動強度;

　　(2)處理量大，車間面積、動力消耗、操作、管理和保養(yǎng)工作相應(yīng)減少;

　　(3)榨出餅的結(jié)構(gòu)松而不粉碎，有利于溶劑滲透;

　　(4)榨出餅的含油率和水份適合于溶劑浸出;

　　(5)榨出油的質(zhì)量較一次壓榨或一次浸出的油為好;

　　(6)零配件和原202A型螺旋預(yù)榨機通用。

　　FEATURE：

　　With a large handling capacity, the workshop area, power consumption work on operation, administration and maintaining are reduced representatively.

　　The pressed cake is loose but not broken which is good for the solvent to permeate.

　　The oil percentage and water in pressed cake is suitable for solvent leaching.

　　The pressed oil has a better quality than that pressed or leached for one timer.

　　Spare parts of mode 40 are interchangeable with model 202A pre-pressed oil expeller.
