　　YZY80型螺旋預(yù)榨機(jī)是一種連續(xù)性螺旋榨油機(jī)，適用于植物油廠預(yù)榨--浸出或兩次壓榨工藝、用于處理油菜籽、花生仁、向日葵籽、棉籽仁等含油較多的油料。

　　OUTLINE：

　　YZY80 Pre-press expeller is a continuity oil expeller which is suitable for pre-pressing leach or pressing twice in the vegetable oil plant, and used to handle with oily seeds such as rapeseed, peanut, sunflower seed and persimmon seed.

　　特點：

　　(1)設(shè)有自動扒渣機(jī)構(gòu)，減輕操作工人勞動強(qiáng)度;

　　(2)處理量大，車間面積、動力消耗、操作、管理和保養(yǎng)工作相應(yīng)減少;

　　(3)榨出餅的結(jié)構(gòu)松而不粉碎，有利于溶劑滲透;

　　(4)榨出餅的含油率和水份適合于溶劑浸出;

　　(5)榨出油的質(zhì)量較一次壓榨或一次浸出的油為好。
