WORKING PRINCIPLE

The direct-row screen uses the high-frequency vibration motor as the excitation source. After the material enters the interior of the system, it is subjected to three-dimensional rotary motion on the screen surface by the vibration source force. The flour and the agglomerate are fully dispersed, and the net directly enters the lower surface warehouse. The foreign matter is separated and discharged to the slag discharge port, which acts as a "safety officer" on the production line.

◆Large amount of miscellaneous output

The inlet and outlet ports are designed in the same vertical direction, and the finished product under the screen is quickly passed through the net to reduce the residence time of the material on the screen surface and greatly increase the screening output.

◆Small space occupation

The motor is designed on the outside of the device to minimize the height of the device, make the space available, and the device is easy to operate and clean without dead ends.

◆Series in system use

The single vibration source can be directly used in series in the pipeline to remove foreign matter and impurities in the pipeline, without manual operation, and avoid secondary pollution of materials.

◆Negative pressure dust-free operation

Used in a negative pressure environment, the dust-free environmentally-friendly single-vibration source can be directly used with a vacuum feeder, and the screen can be transported without dust.

◆Security guard

Perfect combination with the packaging machine Single vibration source nickname safety guard, after the material is screened, directly into the packaging machine for packaging, reducing the artificial strength and improving work efficiency.
