維修與保養(yǎng) Repair and maintenance

1.應(yīng)在3-6個月內(nèi)定期將波紋阻火層拆下，清洗干凈，保證阻火層上的每個孔暢通，防止堵塞，確保安全正常使用。

2.定期檢查通氣正、負(fù)閥盤動作是否靈活，導(dǎo)桿與閥盤接觸密封有無損壞，如有損壞應(yīng)立即調(diào)換。

3.在檢查維護重新安裝時，應(yīng)保證閥內(nèi)各結(jié)合面嚴(yán)密配合，閥盤升降靈活。

4.新閥啟動時，應(yīng)在安裝前清除閥盤的防震物，否則呼吸閥將失靈。

5.因天氣潮濕風(fēng)沙情況下，溫度達到零度范圍內(nèi)，儲罐不可發(fā)油使用。急生產(chǎn)時必須先打開量油孔其它之類供氣產(chǎn)品，以保持儲罐安全作用。

6.呼吸閥在正常工作進油之前，必須先打開量油孔。

(6) Breathing valve work properly into the oil, you must first open the amount of hole.
