　　設(shè)備工藝流程

　　原料人工對位放料→排氣擠壓→長度方向?qū)φ?次→寬度方向折疊2次→擠壓式碼料→制品在集料槽中排列擠壓→人工取料。

　　*產(chǎn)品折疊位置可在觸摸屏上微調(diào)。

　　設(shè)備的主要配置：

　　1、觸摸屏操控，傻瓜式操作，界面簡潔，折疊位置可微調(diào)；

　　2、整機工業(yè)鋁型材架構(gòu)，配備地腳及腳輪，移動便捷，生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)重；

　　3.采用星辰氣動、中國臺灣永宏P(guān)LC、歐姆龍編碼器及威綸觸摸屏；

　　4.材料上機后配合滾輪排氣擠壓，壓縮產(chǎn)品厚度；

　　5、折板接觸面采用304不銹鋼材料制作；

　　6、彈壓式集料槽，成品擠壓定型；

　　7、全程可視化操作，可另配飛標計數(shù)裝置；

　　8、配工具一套.
