Keysight 66309D dual output communication dc power supply simultaneously provides two outputs of measuring main power supply and charger circuit test. Customers can use the same device to test phone and charger. This feature helps to save rack space (two outputs are provided in a semi-rack device) without the need for two separate power sources. The outstanding instantaneous voltage response minimizes the equipment shut-down caused by the transient voltage drop in the test line and ensures the maximum throughput of the test system. 66309D dc power supply provides all 66309B functions while adding a built-in digital voltmeter.

The 66309D provides a new feature developed in Germany that enables cellular phone manufacturers to automatically detect open circuit and intermittent open circuit sensor line connections. By detecting the open circuit sensor wire connection, the user can prevent improper charger calibration, incorrect test results and low voltage hａnd off due to large instantaneous voltage drop.
