Keysight 34901A module for 34970A data acquisition / switch unit is the most common multiplexer for general scanning.

It combines high density and multifunction with 60 channel / second scanning speed and can be used in a variety of data acquisition applications. In the same module, there are 2 lines channel and 4 line channel. Two other fuse inputs (22 channels in all) can connect currents up to 1A to an internal digital multimeter, so that AC and DC current measurements can be made without the need for an external shunt.
