The type 2420 hv meter has a power of 60W and is capable of providing and measuring voltages from ±5µV (source) and±1µV (measurement) to±60V (voltage) and currents from ±100pA + ±3A. 2420 production test applications include must be tested under the condition of high current resistance and resistance network, thermistors, solar cells, batteries, large current or medium power diode (including switch and schottky diode). 2420 is also suitable for the IDDQ test of the CMOS integrated circuit to monitor the current consumption of battery-powered medical devices (such as the starter).
