本機是我公司根據(jù)市場需要研發(fā)的一款高效計量數(shù)杯機聯(lián)動線，數(shù)量在1-100個杯子的獨立包裝任意選擇，本機采用PLG可編程序控制，伺服電機驅(qū)動，各項參數(shù)通俗易調(diào)，使用簡單方便,運行平穩(wěn)精確。本機創(chuàng)新設(shè)計了V型帶輸送，確保大錐度杯子的準(zhǔn)確輸送，減少了數(shù)杯器與杯口的磨損，增加了自行設(shè)計的打孔機可供客戶要求選擇不同直徑的放氣孔，使包裝袋表面美觀大方。

包裝機采用下送膜結(jié)構(gòu)，能適應(yīng)0.012mm的包裝薄膜。創(chuàng)新設(shè)計了小縱封輪牽引，大縱封輪熱封口。提高了封口牢度和美觀，是新一代包裝設(shè)備。

◎Instruction

The cup counting packing line is designed by our company according to the market needing.it can count from 1 to 100(the counting range)of the cups and then pack them.the machine line also been controlled by PLC system and servo motor.and it is very easy to understand and operate.the best advantage of our machine is the way of delivery,the way of delivery of our counting machine is Bele"V".it can improve the precision of counting and it can make the cups not been worn down.the hole-punching machine has different range of the diameter,customers can choose the needing diameter as they need.

The film delivering is under the machine,the thickness of the film with 0.012will been no problem.
