測量原理：

以已知質(zhì)量或體積的試樣流出規(guī)定尺寸的漏斗所用的時間來表示.

 

概述：

塑料流動性測試儀是通過測量粉末或粒狀塑料流出漏斗的時間來測定其流動性。由方法A可獲得與加工性能相關(guān)的信息，而方法B則是為生產(chǎn)期間過程控制而設(shè)計的. 粉末流動性能是粉末涂料一個非常重要的特征，成品粉末的流動性與粉末的比重，粒度分布，松散度及生產(chǎn)工藝等密切相關(guān)。 

 

 

技術(shù)指標(biāo)： 

1、主要組成部分：底座、支撐架、插板、受料器、漏斗、毛刷 

2、底座、支撐架、插板、受料器、漏斗、由USU304不銹鋼加工而成 

3、漏斗：上孔徑:110mm 角度:40°下口徑10、15、25mm的各一個，可轉(zhuǎn)換接口的漏斗一個 

 

 

測試方法:

1.用關(guān)閉裝置封閉漏斗出口，向漏斗內(nèi)倒入(150士1)g試料，試料應(yīng)沿漏斗內(nèi)壁倒人，以防壓實迅速打開關(guān)閉裝置，但不要引起振動，同時開始計時，當(dāng)漏斗空了的時候，即從漏斗的頂部一看到漏斗的出口就停止計時，讀取流出時間，精度要達(dá)到0.1S

2.在同樣條件下用新試料做三次測定，每次測定后，清除漏斗內(nèi)表面粘附的殘余樹脂

3.如果由于靜電原因使材料不能流出，應(yīng)加入經(jīng)相關(guān)方認(rèn)可的適量的抗靜電劑重新進(jìn)行測試，并在測試報告中記錄
