測量原理：

以已知質(zhì)量或體積的試樣流出規(guī)定尺寸的漏斗所用的時(shí)間來表示.

 

概述：

塑料流動性測試儀是通過測量粉末或粒狀塑料流出漏斗的時(shí)間來測定其流動性。由方法A可獲得與加工性能相關(guān)的信息，而方法B則是為生產(chǎn)期間過程控制而設(shè)計(jì)的. 粉末流動性能是粉末涂料一個(gè)非常重要的特征，成品粉末的流動性與粉末的比重，粒度分布，松散度及生產(chǎn)工藝等密切相關(guān)。 

 

 

技術(shù)指標(biāo)： 

1、主要組成部分：底座、支撐架、插板、受料器、漏斗、毛刷 

2、底座、支撐架、插板、受料器、漏斗、由USU304不銹鋼加工而成 

3、漏斗：上孔徑:110mm 角度:40°下口徑10、15、25mm的各一個(gè)，可轉(zhuǎn)換接口的漏斗一個(gè) 

 

 

測試方法:

1.用關(guān)閉裝置封閉漏斗出口，向漏斗內(nèi)倒入(150士1)g試料，試料應(yīng)沿漏斗內(nèi)壁倒人，以防壓實(shí)迅速打開關(guān)閉裝置，但不要引起振動，同時(shí)開始計(jì)時(shí)，當(dāng)漏斗空了的時(shí)候，即從漏斗的頂部一看到漏斗的出口就停止計(jì)時(shí)，讀取流出時(shí)間，精度要達(dá)到0.1S

2.在同樣條件下用新試料做三次測定，每次測定后，清除漏斗內(nèi)表面粘附的殘余樹脂

3.如果由于靜電原因使材料不能流出，應(yīng)加入經(jīng)相關(guān)方認(rèn)可的適量的抗靜電劑重新進(jìn)行測試，并在測試報(bào)告中記錄
