◆工作原理Working principle

該密閉紙板精濾機(jī)是在密閉筒體內(nèi)，由若干片水平放置的濾板中間裝夾濾紙組成。依靠濾紙作過濾介質(zhì)，在密閉容器內(nèi)進(jìn)行加壓過濾。

過濾時(shí)，濾液由輸送泵送入過濾機(jī)體內(nèi)，沿著濾板外圓周上的小孔進(jìn)入兩層濾板間，濾液穿過濾紙和多孔支撐板，流入濾板中心孔道，

從機(jī)體底部出料口流出，過濾完畢后，用壓縮空氣或氮?dú)鈱⑦^濾機(jī)內(nèi)殘液壓出。該設(shè)備屬于精密澄清過濾設(shè)備，選用精度不同的濾紙，可獲得精度不同的濾液。

This closed cardboard fine filter is composed of a closed cylinder and a number of filtering

plates laid horizontally within it with filtering paper clamped between. The filtering paper is relied upon as the

filtering medium to conduct pressed filtration within the closed cylinder. When filtering, the filtrate is sent by the

pump into the filter body and, through the small holes on the outer circumference of the filtering plate flows into

the interior between the two filtering plates, penetrates through the filtering paper and the porous support plates,

flows into the central hole of the filtering plate and goes out through the outlet at the bottom of the filter. When

filtration completed, use the compressed air or nitrogen to blow out the residual liquid left in the filter. This

equipment is a precision clarification & filtration machine and, with filtering paper in different degrees of

precision selected, the filtrate at different levels of precision will be obtained.

●石油化工產(chǎn)品：潤(rùn)滑油、柴油、石蠟、基礎(chǔ)油。

Petrochemical products: Lubrication oil, diesel oil, paraffin wax and base oil.

●有機(jī)化學(xué)品：各種有機(jī)酸、脂、醛、醇。

Organic chemicals: Various organic acids, alcohols, esters, benzenes and formaldehydes.

●無機(jī)化學(xué)品：、溴水、氟石。

Inorganic chemicals:   bromine, fluoride and aluminum sulfate.

Beverages: Wine, fruit juice, milk, vinegar, soy sauce.

Food: Oil, bleaching, degreasing, dewaxing, vinegar, syrup, sugar water.

Medicines: Hydrogen peroxide, vitamin C and penicillin.

●其它：水、空氣、城市污水的凈化。
