Solid-liquid separator
The solid-liquid separator is an environmentally friendly equipment used in the front end of sewage treatment. The manure in the sump is separated from wet and dry by the solid-liquid separator, which can remove more than 90% of the suspended matter. The solid content of the treated wastewater is generally 2 % Below, greatly reducing the COD value and solid suspended solids content of sewage, reducing the pressure of subsequent environmental protection treatment, increasing the service life of the biogas digester, and reducing the investment in sewage treatment facilities.
Farm manure sewage is sewage with high concentration and high suspended matter. If this type of sewage does not undergo solid-liquid separation, it will directly enter the biogas digester and sewage treatment station, which will cause a sharp increase in the operating cost of the subsequent stage and greatly shorten the life of the biogas digester.
