板式密閉過(guò)濾機(jī)（又稱葉片式過(guò)濾機(jī)），是一種高效、節(jié)能、密閉操作的精密澄清過(guò)濾設(shè)備；該產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，體積小，過(guò)濾效率高，濾液透明度高、細(xì)度好，無(wú)物料損耗，不消耗濾紙、濾布或者濾芯等，因此過(guò)濾成本很低，設(shè)備操作、維護(hù)、清理方便。

過(guò)濾板采用了特種多層不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)，壽命長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)量大、精度高；的壓油機(jī)構(gòu)，渣中含油低、易操作、便于排渣，適用于油脂、化工、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)生產(chǎn)中脫色油過(guò)濾、澄清過(guò)濾、結(jié)晶體等的過(guò)濾分離工藝。

Basic specification:

Plate hermetic filter, also known as vane filter, is a kind of high-efficiency, energy-saving, sealed operation of precise clarification filter equipment. It is designed of unique, compact, and with high filtration efficiency, high transparency, fineness of filtrate, no material loss, no consumption of filter paper, filter cloth or filter elements. So the filtration cost is very low and convenient to operate, maintain and clean.

The filter blade adopts special multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh with long service life, high output and high precision. The original pressure mechanism ensures low oil content, easy to operate and discharge slag. It is suitable for filtration separation process of grease decolorization, clarification and crystallization in oil, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

【結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理】：

板式密閉過(guò)濾機(jī)是一款自動(dòng)化壓力式過(guò)濾裝置，主要由殼體、過(guò)濾板、起蓋結(jié)構(gòu)、自動(dòng)排渣裝置等組成，其中過(guò)濾板是由多層不銹鋼濾材組成，安裝在中心集液管上，拆裝清理十分方便。

助濾劑在混合缸中與物料混合后，通過(guò)輸送泵打循環(huán)使得濾網(wǎng)片上形成穩(wěn)定的濾餅層，即進(jìn)行助濾劑預(yù)涂。預(yù)涂好后開始過(guò)濾，細(xì)小的助濾劑顆?？商峁o(wú)數(shù)的細(xì)微通道，困住懸浮的雜物，只容許清澈的液體通過(guò)，并在過(guò)濾過(guò)程中通過(guò)不斷添加硅藻土等助濾劑以形成新的過(guò)濾層，使得濾餅不會(huì)有所堵塞，這樣物料就通過(guò)濾餅層進(jìn)行實(shí)質(zhì)性的過(guò)濾，去其雜質(zhì)，流入濾葉內(nèi)腔，再經(jīng)出液管，流出清液。如果過(guò)濾時(shí)需要脫色，還需加入一定比例的活性碳。若用于機(jī)榨毛油等比較臟的液體固液分離作業(yè)，則無(wú)需添加助濾劑。

Structure and working principle:

Plate hermetic filter is an automatic pressure filter device, which is mainly consist of shell, filter plate, capping structure, automatic slag discharge device, etc. The filter plate is composed of multi-layer stainless steel filter material, which is installed on the central collecting tube. It is very convenient to disassemble, assemble and clean.

After the filter aid is mixed with the material in the mixing cylinder, a stable cake layer is formed on the filter mesh through the circulation of the conveying pump, that is, the filter aid is pre-coated. After pre-coating, filtration begins. The fine filter aid particles can provide numerous fine channels to trap the suspended impurities and only allow clear liquid to pass through. During the filtration process, the filter cake will not be blocked by adding filter aids such as diatomite, so that the material will be filtered substantially through the cake layer to remove impurities and flow into the filter leaf, cavity, the outlet tube and the clear liquid flows out. If decolorization is needed during filtration, a certain proportion of activated carbon should be added. If it is used for separating dirty liquids, such as crude oil, there is no need to add filter aids.

■ 機(jī)殼密閉、垂直濾葉、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、運(yùn)動(dòng)部件少、易維修保養(yǎng)；
■ 根據(jù)過(guò)濾精度要求選擇不同精度的過(guò)濾組件，可作為粗濾或者精濾。

■ 濾液回收，沒(méi)有殘液;

■ 過(guò)濾不用濾紙、濾布或紙芯，而是采用不銹鋼過(guò)濾組件，經(jīng)久耐用，而只消耗少量的助濾劑，因此過(guò)濾成本很低；

■ 自動(dòng)排渣，按排渣按鈕，排渣口即能自動(dòng)打開，濾渣便能十分方便自動(dòng)清除，從而勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大幅度降低；

■ 根據(jù)客戶要求可以增加硅藻土混合罐，增加隔膜式自動(dòng)計(jì)量添加泵，整個(gè)過(guò)濾過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)化；

■ 過(guò)濾溫度不受限制，操作人員少，方法簡(jiǎn)單；

■ 設(shè)備造形新穎、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、占地面積小、操作簡(jiǎn)單可靠、維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)十分方便，且運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，振動(dòng)性小,生產(chǎn)效率高、消耗低；

■ 過(guò)濾后的液體透明和細(xì)度好，無(wú)物料損耗、清理方便，運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低廉 。

● The filtrate is completely recovered without residue.

● Rather than adopting filter paper, cloth or paper core, but stainless steel filter components, which are durable and consuming only a small amount of filter aids, thus, the low filtration cost is guaranteed.

● Discharge slag automatically. Press the slag discharge button, the slag discharge outlet can be opened automatically, and the filter slag can be removed automatically and conveniently, thus reducing the labor intensity greatly.

● Diatomite mixing tank and diaphragm automatic metering and adding pump can be added according to customer's requirements. The whole filtration process can be fully automated.

● The filtering temperature is not limited with fewer operators and simple method.

● The equipment is of novel appearance, compact structure, small volume, simple and reliable operation, convenient maintenance and service, stable operation, low vibration, high production efficiency and low consumption.
