■ 爐體設(shè)計(jì)和制造采用三回程、濕背式，火箱為偏心爐膛,非對(duì)稱(chēng)性結(jié)構(gòu)。爐膽設(shè)計(jì)為波形膽，可減少熱膨脹產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力，也增加了剛度，增強(qiáng)了煙氣擾動(dòng)，提高熱效率，增加了輻射受熱面積。

■ 傳熱管基本采用螺紋管，使得煙氣流程長(zhǎng)，形成強(qiáng)烈的對(duì)流受熱面，傳熱效果好。
