CWNS型鍋爐是一種常壓臥式燃油燃?xì)鈨?nèi)燃濕背式鍋爐，爐膽和受熱面為非對(duì)稱布置。爐膽為長(zhǎng)圓形，增強(qiáng)了煙氣攪動(dòng)，增加了輻射受熱面積。該鍋爐是以水為介質(zhì)的固定式鍋爐，適用于以燃油、燃?xì)鉃槿剂系墓さV、企業(yè)、飯店、機(jī)關(guān)、學(xué)校、醫(yī)院等單位的生活用熱水及采暖用熱水。該系列型鍋爐容量為0.35MW~2.8MW.
CWNS series boiler
CWNS model boiler is horizontal normal pressure internal fired oil(gas) fired wet back boiler. There is furnace and heating surface of the boiler is not symmetry to arrange. The furnace is a long circular, the smoke spirit shakes up and the radiant heating surface. The boiler is stationary boiler by the water medium; it is applicable to the factory, mineral mountain, school, hospital etc. units. The boiler capacity is 0.35~2.8MW.

■ 三回程濕背式結(jié)構(gòu)，組裝出廠，出廠前進(jìn)行燃燒調(diào)試，安裝方便；
■ 采用螺紋煙管，煙氣流程長(zhǎng)，強(qiáng)化換熱效果，形成強(qiáng)烈的對(duì)流受熱面，傳熱效果好，排煙溫度低，熱 效率高；
■ 配置優(yōu)質(zhì)的進(jìn)口燃燒機(jī)（低NOx型燃燒機(jī)），具有點(diǎn)火、熄火自動(dòng)保護(hù)措施。燃燒充分，煙氣中的有害成分低于國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（NOx排放量低于400mg/m3），屬于環(huán)保產(chǎn)品；
■ 各種自控裝置、保護(hù)裝置應(yīng)用的數(shù)字化智能控制技術(shù)，可遠(yuǎn)程精確監(jiān)控燃燒過(guò)程，采用的進(jìn)口元件，有多種連鎖，操作方便，保證鍋爐安全可靠運(yùn)行。
■ 有專門(mén)的指示燈，各部件一目了然，有自動(dòng)檢漏防止因泄露造成事故。
■ 可增設(shè)通訊接口和打印鍋爐運(yùn)行參數(shù)。并可設(shè)計(jì)安裝多臺(tái)鍋爐的計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。
■ 可增設(shè)冷凝換熱器和空氣預(yù)熱器，以提高鍋爐熱效率，增設(shè)后鍋爐效率可提高到95%以上。
