使用注意事項：

Special item to pay attention to when using:

■ 使用斯大導(dǎo)熱油作為熱載體的油、氣的熱載體鍋爐，系統(tǒng)應(yīng)配備膨脹槽，儲油罐、安全組件，測量儀表和控制裝置。

■ 導(dǎo)熱油投入使用時，在開始運(yùn)行階段，先啟動循環(huán)油泵，運(yùn)行半小時后，再點火升溫，初次使用時應(yīng)緩慢升溫，每小時升溫約 20 ℃，當(dāng)升溫至180~ 200℃時，再保溫一段時間，方可投入正常使用。

■ 在使用中應(yīng)認(rèn)真檢查，嚴(yán)防水、酸、堿及低沸點物漏入使用系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)應(yīng)裝過濾裝置，防止各種雜物進(jìn)入，保證油品純度。

■ 經(jīng)使用半年后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次油品分析，長期使用后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)傳熱效果差，或其它異常情況，應(yīng)對油品進(jìn)行分析，根據(jù)分析結(jié)果決定添加或更換，判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)量：堿碳不大于1.5%，酸值不大于0.5mgK(OH)/g,燃點變化不小于20%，粘度變化不大于15%，其中一項超標(biāo)應(yīng)更換新油。

■ 為確保導(dǎo)熱油的正常使用壽命和導(dǎo)熱效果，嚴(yán)禁超溫使用。

※ After using for half a year, an oil sample analysis should be performed. After long-term use, if poor heating conduction is detected or other unusual conditions occur, analysis of the oil sample should be performed. There should be addition or exchange based analysis results: alkali carbon no greater than 1.5% and acidic value no greater than 0.5mgkoH/g. Point-to-point change is no less than 20% and adhesive degree is no greater than 15%.
