■ DZL快裝水管蒸汽或熱水鍋爐采用單鍋筒縱置式，雙集箱快裝布置，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，中心對(duì)稱，絞龍式出灰渣結(jié)構(gòu)。

■ SZL采用雙鍋筒縱置式結(jié)構(gòu)，組裝式水管蒸汽或熱水鍋爐，該種產(chǎn)品分上下兩大部件組裝出廠。設(shè)計(jì)合理結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、美觀大方、熱效高、出力足。

■ 燃燒設(shè)備采用新型鱗片式爐排，前后軸出廠前經(jīng)嚴(yán)密的平行度和對(duì)角線檢查，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)可靠，調(diào)整方便。

■ 尾部煙道設(shè)有省煤器，提高鍋筒進(jìn)水溫度，降低排煙溫度，減少了排煙損失。

■ 鍋爐主體嚴(yán)格按照《鍋爐壓力容器安全監(jiān)察暫行條例》及《蒸汽鍋爐安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》極其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)制作、檢驗(yàn)、品質(zhì)精良。

■ 給水可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制，風(fēng)室配風(fēng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)遙控調(diào)節(jié)，具有溫度、壓力、水位保護(hù)，安全可靠。

■ 針對(duì)Ⅱ類或Ⅲ類煙煤設(shè)計(jì)，可配置二次風(fēng)旋流助燃裝置，對(duì)燃料的充分燃燒和煤的著火極為有利。

■ 結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外形美觀，整體快裝出廠，運(yùn)輸安裝方便。

※ DZL series boilers is the model of the and travelling chain grate stoker steam(hot water ) boiler. The boiler is a natural circulation one with a single drum, an economizer and a furnace made up of water tubes. It is simple in structure and circulation and low in resistance. high heat efficiency Industrial Ⅱ soft-coal is the best fuel for the boiler.
