特點 Feature
1. 整機主控為多維運動控制、5寸觸摸式人機界面、兩臺交流伺服定長。具有自動計數(shù)、提前報警、到數(shù)停機、個數(shù)顯示、高位停車等功能。自動對折，可點續(xù)噴膠功能。
2. 雙伺服拉料方式，兩組伺服定長拉料，組合皮帶膠輥壓合。
3. 封合成型裝置：采用機械下拉成型方式，氣缸壓力可調(diào)。
4. 配20mm寬線橫封裝置三套（冷壓定型裝置一套，自循環(huán)水冷卻系統(tǒng)一套）， 氣動式針排放氣裝置一套。
5. 配有雙工位不干膠條上膠裝置。
6. 光電糾遍兩工位獨立單軸放卷，剎車裝置為氣動壓力可調(diào)節(jié)。
