標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì) 恒壓閥閥體12個(gè)厚鋼板鍛壓設(shè)計(jì)工藝、閥芯及所有零部件采用AISI3016L或304制造，閥體內(nèi)外噴砂拋光，膜片采用優(yōu)質(zhì)橡膠制成，溫可達(dá)到140℃

工作原理CPM-2恒壓調(diào)節(jié)閥由控制壓縮空氣的壓力大小來控制調(diào)節(jié)閥芯的位置，從而達(dá)到所需的壓力及流量

技術(shù)參數(shù) 生產(chǎn)壓力: 1000KPa(10bar)最小生產(chǎn)壓力: 0KPa(0bar)=大氣

溫度范圍:-10℃to至+95℃  溫度范圍(上隔膜PTFE/EPDM):-10℃to至+140℃(按要求更高)。

空氣壓力: 0 to 600kpa (0 to 6bar)  流量范圍Kv,全開(p=1bar): 大約23?/h.

流量范圍Kv,低能力(p=6bar): 大約2?/h.  可選擇的尺寸): 調(diào)節(jié)區(qū)域大約152?/h.(CIP區(qū)域)
