給水涂塑復(fù)合鋼管壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)
1.簡介
該鋼管壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)用于檢測公稱直徑不大于DN1200的涂塑鋼管在被壓扁后的管材內(nèi)涂層有無裂紋和剝離出現(xiàn)。所測管材試樣的長度約為50mm，對于聚乙烯涂層，試驗(yàn)機(jī)兩壓板距離控制為外徑的2/3，對環(huán)氧樹脂涂層，試驗(yàn)機(jī)壓板間距離為試樣外徑的4/5.

Water-coated plastic composite pipe pressure testing machine
1 Introduction
The steel pipe pressure testing machine is used for detecting whether the coated steel pipe with a nominal diameter of not more than DN1200 has cracks and peeling in the inner coating of the pipe after being crushed. The length of the tested pipe sample is about 50mm. For the polyethylene coating, the distance between the two press plates of the test machine is 2/3 of the outer diameter. For the epoxy resin coating, the distance between the test plates is 4 /5.
