本產(chǎn)品配有“過熱"純蒸汽發(fā)生器，可產(chǎn)出“過熱"純蒸汽，對(duì)遠(yuǎn)距離的設(shè)備進(jìn)行滅菌消毒時(shí)，“過熱"純蒸汽在到達(dá)使用點(diǎn)之前，流動(dòng)阻力和蒸汽管路散熱效應(yīng)可消除“過熱"純蒸汽的“過熱度"，轉(zhuǎn)換成不含凝結(jié)水的“飽和"純蒸汽，因此對(duì)(150—1000m)遠(yuǎn)距離的用汽點(diǎn)進(jìn)行滅菌消毒，仍具有時(shí)間短、效果好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。對(duì)于遠(yuǎn)距離設(shè)備滅菌消毒，應(yīng)根據(jù)距離的增加適當(dāng)提高純蒸汽的“過熱度"，以保證純蒸汽的“過熱度"保持的時(shí)間長一些，這樣也就保證了蒸汽到達(dá)使用點(diǎn)的純度。
