DZ-100緊湊型質量流量控制器
DZ-100 繼承了 HORIBA STEC 公司 MFC D500 所采用的相同標準技術 — 粘性層流范圍壓差檢測系統(tǒng)。
該技術實現(xiàn)對各種氣體的質量流量進行高精度控制。
與 D500 一樣，用戶可配置 DZ-100，支持多量程和多氣體應用。
MFC 設計緊湊，減少了內部氣流通道占用的內部體積，同時采用優(yōu)化控制算法改善了響應特性。
該設備使用處理能力較高的緊湊型處理器（CPU）。壓電驅動電路和控制處理器安裝在 MFC 模塊中，而電源組件布置在單獨的小控制箱中。
連接專用微型連接器，最多可以控制四個 MFC 。
