用途及特點
　　該機床是本公司根據(jù)活塞環(huán)鍍前需要表面光滑，相鄰邊緣倒角處干凈，對減少漏光有明顯作用，而且打磨質(zhì)量好壞直接影響電鍍表面質(zhì)量而設(shè)計的。國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有活塞環(huán)加工設(shè)備，大部分沒有柔性打磨，而且裝夾后整筒環(huán)中心有偏差，即芯桿彎曲等原因直接影響活塞環(huán)表面質(zhì)量。該機床的特點是鍍后打磨采用柔性裝置使活塞環(huán)表面受到壓力均衡，對消除鉻瘤有明顯作用。該機床操作簡單，安全可靠，適應(yīng)性廣。
