概述 Descriptions

該霧化器是噴霧干燥裝置中使霧化介質(zhì)獲得高能量、高速度的部件，也是對霧化效率和霧化過程穩(wěn)定性起重要作用的關(guān)鍵部件。它由電動(dòng)機(jī)通過聯(lián)軸器帶動(dòng)大齒輪,大齒輪與轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸上的小齒輪嚙合，經(jīng)過一級增速后的齒輪軸帶動(dòng)二級大齒輪實(shí)現(xiàn)霧化盤的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)料液進(jìn)入離心霧化器的進(jìn)料管，通過料液分配盤均勻地流入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的噴霧盤中，料液即被噴成極小的霧化液滴，使料液表面積大大增加，與干燥室內(nèi)的熱空氣接觸，水分迅速蒸發(fā)，能在極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)干燥為成品。

The atomizer is a spray drying device to make the atomizing medium to obtain high-energy, high-speed components, also it play an important role on the atomization efficiency and stability .It is driven by the motor through a large gear coupling, large gear and the rotating shaft of the small gear meshing, after a growth gear shaft driven two large gear to achieve high-speed rotation of the atomization disk. When the feed liquid into the centrifugal atomizer feed pipe, through the liquid distribution plate ,liquid enter into the high-speed rotation of the spray tray, the liquid is sprayed into a very small atomized droplets, the liquid surface area greatly increased, contact with hot air in drying chamber, rapid evaporation of water in a very short period of time .

 

特點(diǎn) Features

齒輪傳動(dòng)在物料進(jìn)料量波動(dòng)時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)速恒定，機(jī)械效率較高；

采用長懸臂結(jié)構(gòu)，使主軸運(yùn)行時(shí)可實(shí)現(xiàn)“自動(dòng)對中”效果，減少主軸和霧化盤的振動(dòng)。

設(shè)置浮動(dòng)軸承，使撓性軸實(shí)現(xiàn)三支點(diǎn)支撐，實(shí)現(xiàn)軸系迅速越過臨界轉(zhuǎn)速。

合理布置支承固定位置，將固定支承位置布置于節(jié)點(diǎn)位置，減少軸系的振動(dòng)載荷。
