自動供袋機(jī)
Bag Supplying Machine

2個水平排列的置袋盤約可存放200個空袋(存放量會因空袋的厚度而異)，由吸盤取袋裝置給設(shè)備供袋。當(dāng)一個單元的空袋取完后，下一單元的置袋盤自動切換至取袋位置，以設(shè)備的連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)。

About 200 empty bags are put in 2 horizontal plates (the number of empty bags depends on the bag thickness), and bag supplying is finished by vacuum chuck. After one empty bag taken, the plate with many empty bags moves to the bag fetch position so that the equipment can run continuously and stably.

空袋提取

提取自動供袋機(jī)上空袋。

Take the empty bag of Bag Supplying Machine.

橫向移動
Horizontal Movement

空袋移動至下料口位置。

Move the empty bag to feed opening.

空袋打開
Open Empty Bag

空袋移動至下料口位置后，由真空吸盤打開袋口。

Move the empty bag to feed opening, then open the pocket mouth of bag with vacuum chuck.

夾袋喂料裝置
Bag Clamping and Feeding Mechanism

空袋由夾袋機(jī)構(gòu)夾緊在下料口，下料門插入袋內(nèi)后打開喂料。

The empty bag is clamped by Bag Clamping Mechanism under the feed opening, then feeding door insert to the bag and start the feeding.

過渡料斗+二次料門
Transitional Hopper & Twice Feeding Door

料斗為計量機(jī)與包裝秤之間的過渡部分，二次料門的主要功能是在下料的過程中起緩沖作用，以減少物料中空氣含量。

The Transitional Hopper is the transitional partbetween the Metering Mechanism and PackagingMachine. The Twice Feeding Door’s main function is tobe a cushion during feeding materials, so that reducethe air content in materials.

袋底拍擊裝置
Bag Bottom Flapping Mechanism

物料充填后，此裝置拍擊袋底，使袋中的物料充分落實。

After the materials filled the bag, the mechanism claps the bottom of bag to make materials fully drop down the bottom of bag.

實袋橫向移動和袋口夾持導(dǎo)入裝置
Bag Horizontal Moving & Pocket Mouth Clamping Mechanism

實袋從下料口放至立袋輸送機(jī)上，并由袋口夾持裝置夾持著袋口輸送到封口部分。

The bag with materials is put on the Standing BagConveyor from feed opening, and clamped by thePocket Mouth Clamping Mechanism until get to thesealing part.

立袋輸送機(jī)
Standing Bag Conveyor

實袋由此輸送機(jī)以恒定的速度輸送到下游，高度調(diào)節(jié)手柄可調(diào)整輸送機(jī)的高度。

The bag with materials is conveyed at the samespeed, and the conveyor height can be changedwith height regulating handle.
