The system includes an optical imaging system, an image acquisition device, an image processing system, an intelligent decision determination mechanism, and a control execution mechanism, wherein the image acquisition device and the image processing system are simultaneously connected to the communication and monitoring system; and the control actuator is controlled by the control system.
