SYH 系列三維運(yùn)動(dòng)混合機(jī)

◆裝料的筒體在主動(dòng)軸的帶動(dòng)下，作連續(xù)的平移、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和翻滾等復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)，促使物料沿著筒體作三向復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)多種物料的互相流動(dòng)、擴(kuò)散、積聚、摻雜，以達(dá)到均勻混合的目的。

◆The barrel for charging the materials is driven by thedriving shaft. The barrel body carries on the repeated levelmovement, rotation, turning and other complex movementsso that the materials will carry out the three dimensions andcomplex movements along the barrel body so as to realize thevarious movements of the materials. Through disseminating,gathering, agglomerating and mixing to realize uniformmixing.

◆本機(jī)混合筒多方向運(yùn)動(dòng)，物料無(wú)離心力作用，無(wú)比重偏析及分層、積聚現(xiàn)象各組分可有懸殊的重量比，混合率高，是目前各種混合機(jī)中較理想產(chǎn)品。

◆5筒體裝料率大，高可達(dá)90%(普通混合機(jī)僅為0%),效率高，混合時(shí)間短。

◆筒體的各處為圓弧過(guò)渡，經(jīng)過(guò)精密拋光處理。用于制藥、化工、食品、輕工、電子、機(jī)械、礦冶、國(guó)防工業(yè)以及各種科研單位的粉狀、顆粒狀物料的高均勻度混合。

◆The mixing barrel of the machine moves in multi-direction.For the materials, there is no centrifugal function, without thespecific gravity segregation and the layer division. For each ofbuild-up phenomenon, there is the remarkable weight rate.The mixing rate is high. The machine is the desired one ofvarious mixers at present.

◆The material charge rate of barrel is big. Maximum rate canbe up to 90%.(while normal mixer has only 40-50% of chargerate.).It is high in efficiency and short in mixing time.

◆The barrel adopts arc shape connections and its well pol-ished.
