磁力反應(yīng)釜使用須知：
1、在磁力反應(yīng)釜操作前，應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查有無(wú)異狀，在反應(yīng)釜正常運(yùn)行中，不得打開(kāi)上蓋和觸及板上之接線端子，以免觸電。
2、應(yīng)定期對(duì)磁力反應(yīng)釜測(cè)量?jī)x表進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)，以保證準(zhǔn)確可靠地工作。
3、磁力反應(yīng)釜升溫速度不宜太快，加壓亦應(yīng)緩慢進(jìn)行，尤其是反應(yīng)釜攪拌速度，只允許緩慢升速。如遇停電，應(yīng)即將調(diào)速旋鈕調(diào)回零位。
4、磁力反應(yīng)釜不得速冷，以防過(guò)大的溫差壓力造成損壞。
5、磁力反應(yīng)釜運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，聯(lián)軸器與釜蓋間的水夾套必須通冷卻水，以控制反應(yīng)釜磁鋼的工作溫度，避免退磁。
6、磁力反應(yīng)釜嚴(yán)禁在高壓下敲打擰動(dòng)螺栓和螺母接頭。
7、磁力反應(yīng)釜爆破膜在使用一段時(shí)間后，會(huì)老化疲勞，降低爆破壓力，也可能會(huì)有介質(zhì)附著，影響反應(yīng)釜靈敏度，應(yīng)定期更換，一般一所更換一次，以防失效。
8、磁力反應(yīng)釜嚴(yán)禁帶壓拆卸。

2. The magnetic reactor measuring instrument should be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate and reliable operation.
3, the temperature of the magnetic reactor should not be too fast, the pressure should also be slow, especially the stirring speed of the reactor, only allow slow rise. In the event of a power outage, the speed control knob should be turned back to zero.
4. The magnetic reactor should not be cooled quickly to prevent damage caused by excessive temperature difference.
5. When the magnetic reactor is running, the water jacket between the coupling and the kettle lid must pass cooling water to control the working temperature of the reactor magnet and avoid demagnetization.
6. The magnetic reaction kettle is strictly prohibited to tap the bolt and nut joint under high pressure.
7. After the magnetic blasting blasting membrane is used for a period of time, it will age and fatigue, reduce the bursting pressure, and there may be medium adhesion, which affects the sensitivity of the reactor. It should be replaced regularly, and usually replaced once to prevent failure.
8. The magnetic reaction kettle is strictly prohibited to be removed by pressure.
