本機(jī)是新一代旋轉(zhuǎn)式稱重式灌裝與封蓋一體機(jī)型，自動(dòng)化程度高，生產(chǎn)能力大，灌裝控制采用梅特勒?托利多品牌傳感器與稱重反饋儀表控制。適用于食用油、調(diào)味品、潤(rùn)滑油等行業(yè)的瓶裝包裝。
1）采用可編程序控制器（PLC）、高速工控組態(tài)軟件進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，劑量調(diào)節(jié)一鍵控制。
2）每個(gè)灌裝頭均與稱重反饋系統(tǒng)結(jié)合，通過人機(jī)界面控制進(jìn)行整機(jī)劑量調(diào)節(jié)與單頭劑量控制。
3）整機(jī)按GMP要求設(shè)計(jì)制造，各管路、閥門采用快裝方式連接，拆卸方便。
4）封蓋部采用定位封蓋方式，并在進(jìn)桶方向設(shè)置光電傳感器，做到無桶不供蓋，并在封蓋頭部設(shè)備機(jī)械保護(hù)裝置。
