The dipentylated derivatives f alpha, beta and gaa cycldextrin shw prnunced selectivity differences based n the size, shape and functinality f the analyte. Strng evidence exists fr inclusin cplexatin which is the basic driving echanis and, therefre, reslutin is affected by saple lad. The beta-cycldextrin fr has the bradest applicability. Saple vlues under 1 icrliter at cncentratins f 5 g/L are typical with the 100/1 split rati.
