預(yù)壓旋轉(zhuǎn)式ZP-35B壓片機(jī)

本機(jī)是一種雙壓式加預(yù)壓自動旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)壓片的機(jī)器，將顆粒狀原料壓制片劑。它主要用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時(shí)適用于化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)部門。

 特點(diǎn)：

外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺面用不銹鋼材料，轉(zhuǎn)臺表面經(jīng)過特殊處理，能保持表面光澤 與防止交叉感染，符合GMP要求。

●裝有透明璃的門空，能清楚觀察壓片的狀態(tài)，并且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清理和保養(yǎng)。

●采用變頻調(diào)速裝置進(jìn)行電器高速，操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動平衡，安全準(zhǔn)確。

●所有的傳動裝置均布置在機(jī)器內(nèi)部，保持機(jī)件清潔。

●液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)合理，能保證液壓系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定。

●配有過載保護(hù)裝置，當(dāng)壓力過載時(shí)，能自動停機(jī)。

●本機(jī)配有電磁制動電動機(jī)和其它安全保護(hù)裝置，運(yùn)行時(shí)也能調(diào)整與操作。

●本機(jī)35B壓片機(jī)可根據(jù)客戶要求配真空加料裝置，簡化生產(chǎn)過程。

        This machine is a double pressing and prepressing type capable of automatic revoluton and continuous pressing to press raw materiai in particle form into tablets.lt mainly applies to the tablet production in pharmaceutical industry and also is applicable to          chemical,food,electronic and etc.

Features:

Stainless steel casing is of fully enclosed structure and internal surfaces are made of stainless steel.The surface of the rotary table receives special treatment so that it mainly applies to the tablet surface gloss and prevent cross infection,and conform to GMP requirements as well.

        Window and doors with transparent glasses results in clear watch for tablets and can be fully opened to achieve easy cleaning and service of inside.

        The machine uses frequency conversion device to regulate speed electrically.which is featured by easy oferation,steady rotation,safety and correctness.

        All transmission devices are arranged inside the machine so as to keep pars clean.

        The reasonably designed hydraulic system can ensure the stbility of hydraulic system.

        Overload protedtive device is mounted so that when the pressure is overloaded,the machine will automatically stop.

        This machine is furnished with solenoid braking motor and other safety devices and can be adjusted and operated during operation.

        Dies are interchangeable with press ZP19、ZP33、ZP33Band ZP35.
