B.ZJN-II塑料注射成型機是我公司在第二代塑料注射成型機的基礎上吸收國內外*技術，設計、研制成功的。B.ZJN-II塑料注射成型機及模具采用雙模式交替成型，工作效率更高；B.ZJN-II塑料注射成型機在工人操作合模時，需要兩只手同時各按下兩只合模按鈕，避免手伸進快速合模的模具中間，起到更安全保護作用。

采用螺桿預塑、定量、限位加料，全液壓快慢速合模?？倝洪y采用雙比例式，應力分配均勻，低壓保護精確，全行程流暢優(yōu)異。多段溫度控制、多段射出壓力、射速、背壓無極調整；有座進座退功能，方便調模和清洗料管；鎖模力大，模具移動平穩(wěn)，電氣聯(lián)鎖，注頭光滑美觀,安全可靠；具有占地面積小；主要部件全封閉式；模具拆裝方便等優(yōu)點。

注肩模具：管子的直徑Φ12.7mm—Φ60 mm；形狀有橢圓形、圓形，也可根據客戶要求另行設計制造；螺紋形狀也可根據客戶要求設計制造。

Shouldder-injection mould : the diameter of tube is 12.7mm-60mm.with ellipse and round shape ,we can manufacture it according ot the customer’s needs and also can make screw shape.
