過濾除塵器是利用微孔超細(xì)纖維濾布分離氣體和微細(xì)粉塵，乃至亞微米塵埃的主要設(shè)備。適用于化工、食品、醫(yī)藥、電力、冶金、水泥等行業(yè)。按用途可分為氣力輸送系統(tǒng)用和料倉頂用。按結(jié)構(gòu)可分為濾袋式除塵器和濾筒式除塵器，過濾材質(zhì)主要有纖維、普通氈料、覆膜氈料、聚酯、芳綸、聚酯布、特氟龍、滌綸、丙綸、腈綸以及覆膜濾料。

Dust collector is designed to separate superfine particle or even sub-micron dust from process gas with micropore fiber material.It is widely applied to chemical industries,food,medicine,electric power,metallurgy and concrete industry.Dust Filter can be divided into pneumatic conveying filter and silo filter according to its use .It can be also divided into bag filter and cartridge filter according to structure.Filter material is made of fibre,common felt,felt with Tex,polyester,Nomex,polymer cloth,Teflon,terylene,Plypropylene.
