組成說(shuō)明和特點(diǎn)
   該系統(tǒng)主要由DFR-180C裹包機(jī)、收料工作臺(tái)、工控電腦、條碼閱讀器、標(biāo)簽打印機(jī)、手持掃描槍等部分組成。其中賦碼線體包含傳輸帶、掃描工位、剔除裝置、不銹鋼機(jī)柜、顯示器工位等。
  同時(shí)，該設(shè)備具有如下特點(diǎn)：
系統(tǒng)采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方案，采用PLC集中控制模組，zui大化降低故障率，保障設(shè)備的運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。
采用觸摸屏操作，非常方便、直觀。參數(shù)可調(diào)整，大大提高工作效率。
系統(tǒng)采用*的電子元器件，保障設(shè)備的連續(xù)可靠穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。采用不銹鋼和鋁型材材料制作，確保符合環(huán)境要求。
經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格出廠考核試驗(yàn)，確保各項(xiàng)功能穩(wěn)定，可靠。

功能說(shuō)明
該方案可實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家*關(guān)于藥品電子監(jiān)管碼實(shí)施的要求。
裹包設(shè)備為DFR-180C，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品包裝方式，可實(shí)現(xiàn)藥盒的裹條包裝，裹包設(shè)備上安裝固定掃描器，在包裝同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)條碼掃描和賦碼，具體方式如下：
...藥品經(jīng)過(guò)裹包設(shè)備進(jìn)行裹包，裹包成為一中包。
...進(jìn)入掃描傳送帶，在傳送帶上可以掃描產(chǎn)品zui小包裝上的一級(jí)條碼，成功通過(guò)的上傳數(shù)據(jù)到電腦，不可閱讀產(chǎn)品自動(dòng)剔除。
...進(jìn)行裝箱，當(dāng)達(dá)到規(guī)定中包數(shù)量后，根據(jù)掃描到的條碼關(guān)聯(lián)信息生成大箱碼賦碼信息，電腦將大箱碼信息傳輸給標(biāo)簽打印機(jī)，打印大箱碼信息并手動(dòng)貼標(biāo)在箱包包裝上，完成關(guān)聯(lián)賦碼。使用手動(dòng)掃描槍對(duì)大箱碼信息進(jìn)行掃描，上傳給電腦，產(chǎn)品入倉(cāng)。
Function 
The scheme may realize SFDA demand about dug electronic supervision code.
 DFR-180C Wrapping machine,according to product packaging way,to ensure wrapping packaging for drug box, wrapping machine install fixed scanner, realize that scan bar code and Endowed code while packing, the specific way as following:
...drug are wrapped through wrapping machine,the wrapping packaging become medium-size bag.
...going into the scanner conveyor belt,it can scan the class-one bar code of the minimum packaging on it, uploading the data of successfully passed into computer ,others unreadable will be auto-rejected.
...packing,when reach the medium-size quantity provided,generate the scanned bar code related information into endowed code of large box code information,large box code information was transferred to label printer by computer,and print the large box code information and label on box package by hand,accomplish related endowed code. Scanning the large box code information through manual scanner gun,then upload computer,last be put in storage.
