 JT6 Vacuum Material Feeder

For JT6 Series Vacuum Material Conveyor, driven by compressed air, multistage ejector vacuum pump generates vacuum. The bottom valve for material outlet is closed by air cylinder,powder material is sucked into material silo under the vacuum; the filter prevents the powder from entering the vacuum pumpthe air very well; when the materials are falling down, the function of back blowing blows down the powder materials that are not easy to fall off. When powder materials reach the position specified by the sensors, vacuum pump automatically stops working. When the supplies are consumed, vacuum pump starts to work again.
