1. Adjustable burnishing speed.
2. The capsules are burnished between the screen buckethairbrush. Since hairbrush adopts advanced screw structure,is connected with the main shaft by clip hoop. It is very convenient for disassembly, assembly,cleaning. he brush hair is very softdoes not scratch the surface of capsule. Meanwhile, the brush hair will not generate electrostatic charges.
3.The dust collection port is at the bottommost of dust collection trough,is used to thoroughly cleanto collect medicine powder.
4. After being burnished, the capsules automatically enter the system for rejecting empty capsules. After being sieved by airflow, the empty capsules are blown into the other container,acceptable capsules enter finished product bucket. Thus, it avoids the contact of human beings with the medicine powder,ensures the quality of medicine.
5. The unit can be adjusted at highlow directionsthe rotation at rightleft directions can also be adjusted. The whole unit is connected by hook-and-loop fasteners. It takes only one (1) minute to assemble or disassemble the unit without any tool.
6. The parts that contact medicine powderappearance part are manufactured by adopting 304 (or 316L) stainless steel.
