High-speed Horizontal Rolling Labeling Machine
Applicable scope:
Labeling of pharmaceutical products (such as oral liquid, ampoule bottles), stationery products (such as solid glue or liquid glue), liquid injectants, etc.
System functions:
* Adopted with a self-developed, new inligent micro-computer servo labeling system with rapid system response, high-speed and sharp label positioning, automatic label scanning and memory, no input, no setting, and long-term continuous and trouble-free operation to greatly increase production and quality.
* Coordinated with an imported high-performance man-machine interface in which all operation parameters and system messages are displayed on the screen to give operating status at a glance. This helps to allow the operator to rule out the abnormalities quickly and improve production efficiency, and the simplified operation is able to lower personnel training time and costs.
* System inspection functions: Detection, machine shutting down and alarm alerting in the events of label shortage, label breakage, label skipping, emergency stoppage, frequency abnormalities and ribbon shortage of the printing machine at any time.
* This equipment features labeling count and real-time display of labeling speed functions. Apart from reducing unnecessary loss of labels effectively, it also helps to save costs, and allow the operator to master the production progress and speed to increase production efficiency.
* Self-detection of I/O functions and the display of all optical signals and individual control of motor operation are able to greatly shorten the maintenance time and lower the maintenance costs.
* Stepless frequency control to avoid moving the labeling photo detector as the labeling speed is automatically adjusted whenever there is a change in conveyor speed.
* Star-shaped disc feeding mode to enhance smooth material loading, and automatic detection of photo detector to automatically stop feeding in the event of material shortage.
* Quick-release star-shaped feeding disc design and lift-up wheel attachment design to ease maintenance and repair.
* The entire machine is constructed in T6 aluminum alloy and SUS304 stainless steel to comply with GMP standard.
