系統(tǒng)功能:
*採用本公司全新研發(fā)之智慧型微電腦伺服貼標系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)反應速度快，標籤自動掃描及記憶，免輸入、免設定，長時間運轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定不當機。
*系統(tǒng)檢查功能：缺標籤、標籤斷帶、標籤漏張、緊急停止、變頻異常、印字機缺色帶，皆可隨時檢測停機及報警。
*I/O自我檢查功能，可顯示系統(tǒng)所有光電信號及單獨控制馬達運轉(zhuǎn)，大大縮短維修時間，降低維修成本。
*採用無段變頻調(diào)速控制，輸送速度改變，貼標速度自動調(diào)整，不需移動貼標光電。
*螺桿供料方式，下料順暢，電眼自動檢測功能，缺料時自動停止供料，另有手動定速貼標功能、方便操作及穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)效率。
*上瓶輸送帶採用歐洲進口塑鋼網(wǎng)帶，堅固耐用、進料落料順暢，不擠壓、不破瓶。輸送帶460mm可任意搭配周轉(zhuǎn)盒。

Applicable scope:

System functions:
* Adopted with a self-developed, new inligent micro-computer servo labeling system with rapid system response, automatic label scanning and memory, no input, no setting, and long-term continuous and trouble-free operation.

* The screw feeding mode to able to enhance smooth material loading, the automatic photo detector detection to automatically stop feeding in the event of material shortage, and the additional manual fixed-speed labeling function to ease operation and stabilize the production efficiency.
* The top bottle conveyor belt comes in strong and durable European-made engineering plastic mesh belt to enhance material feeding and loading to prevent squeezing, compression and bottle breakage. The 460mm-wide conveyor belt allows free coordination with revolving boxes.
